- Direct and manage the Die Casting project development from beginning to end
全程指導(dǎo)、管理大型壓鑄機(jī)械設(shè)備項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)程
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with HQ project team and management
與瑞士總部項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)及管理層合作,確定項(xiàng)目的范圍、目標(biāo)和設(shè)備
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
開發(fā)全面的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃及相關(guān)交流文件;
- Liaise with porject stakeholder on an ongoing basis;
與項(xiàng)目各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的職能部門保持即時(shí)聯(lián)絡(luò);
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;
起草、提交項(xiàng)目草案,并在必要時(shí)對預(yù)算變更提出建設(shè)性建議;
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
給相對應(yīng)的同事委派工作;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
負(fù)責(zé)提交項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展報(bào)告,建議書,需求文件并做演講;
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle;
指出項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),并將之通知項(xiàng)目各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的職能部門;
- Site visiting to determine the necessities of installation site;

任職要求：

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
本科或以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械工程或電子工程專業(yè)
- More than 5 years or more experiences in big mechanical engineering project management
5年以上大型機(jī)械工程項(xiàng)目管理的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Prefer to high pressure die casting working experience or related
具有高壓壓力鑄造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
及時(shí)有效地對項(xiàng)目調(diào)整、改變做出反應(yīng)
- Experience in personnel management;
有人員管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
- Solid working knowledge of current internet technology;

- 排除設(shè)備的基本故障;
- 快速響應(yīng)客戶的緊急需求;
- 主動(dòng)搜集市場信息;
- 提供銷售支持;

職位描述 ：

|
- Programming of Die Casting controllers (Datanet and Datanet Ecoline) according to customer requirements
根據(jù)客戶的需求，為壓鑄設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)編程;
- Help in case of software problems in the field (support of CS);
提供軟件問題相關(guān)的技術(shù)支持(與客戶服務(wù)部門共同協(xié)作);
- Set validation criteria.;
設(shè)定驗(yàn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
- Define and oversee test/validation plans;
確定并監(jiān)督測試及驗(yàn)證方案;
- Provide technical expertise toward the resolution of shop and field problems;

- Over 3 years experiences of C/C++, JAVA;
超過3年在C語言,C++,JAVA方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
- Familiar with MS office;
熟練運(yùn)用MS office;
